Cross
Cross was founded in the United States in 1846 by a creative pencil craftsman named Alonzo T. Cross. He got his first patent in 1876 with the "stylographic" pen, which is the pioneer of the ballpoint pen of our century. Later, 21 new patents followed this pen patent. In 1946, on the 100th anniversary of its foundation, it launched the fine ballpoint pen, which is now known as the classic "Century" model. While celebrating the 150th anniversary of its founding in 1996, it was also celebrating the 50th anniversary of the classic "Century" model. Special collection pens produced in limited numbers for both celebrations were put on the market.
