Description
Maxx Deluxe Hydrogen Cream Oxidant are intended for use with hairdressing products. Specially developed oxidants with their specially developed formulas allow for easy activation of the dye. It is used for coloring and bleaching. The developer has a pleasant smell during use. For perfect results, the Oxydant Developer is available in 4 different strengths: 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%.
Application: Processing according to the instructions for use of the hair colors used and bleaching.
