Description
Go with pastels. Light pigments work best on bleached, blonde, or pre-bleached hair, but where you put the pastels is up to you. Add a bit of magic to the ends, try out subtle highlights, or put the root all over for a pastel rinse. Either way, the effects will be mesmerizing. Creates soft pastels.
