Description
Species: Canines Composition: Afoxolaner 2.5-5.36 mg/kg and milbemycin oxime 0.5-1.07 mg/kg. Dosage and administration: Oral. 1 chewable tablet once a month. Contraindications: In dogs with a history of seizures. Use in gestation and lactation: No studies have been conducted with NexGard Spectra® in pregnant or lactating dogs, however, it has been shown to have an excellent safety profile in laboratory animals. Special Precautions for Use: Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures. Packaging: Nexgard Spectra® is available in five forms of meat-flavored chewable tablets. For dogs from: 2 to 3.5 kg, 3.5 to 7.5 kg, 7.5 kg to 15 kg, 15 to 30 kg and 30 to 60 kg. Above 60 kg, the appropriate combination of NexGard Spectra® should be administered. It can be given with or without food without altering its effectiveness. For puppies from 2 months of age and with a minimum weight of 2 kg.
